CoEx
Discover the COEX barrier technology – an innovative multilayer, blow molded plastic packaging designed to offer a superior level of environmental stress crack resistance. GCUBE Shield
The Greif GCUBE IBC- Shield offers barrier technology to protect your product against gas permeation through high density polyethylene. Valves come with an HDPE layer that ensures the purity of the product inside the IBC. Food products to be protected against oxygen permeation into the container thus extending shelf-life, while solvent-based products or agrochemicals will be protected against gasses lost and increase overall product effectiveness.

In-Mold Barrier
In-Mould Barrier (IMB) technology offers mono-layer packaging made fully recyclable, reducing your CO2 footprint.

Greif is proud to be working on a pilot-project partnership with IonKraft to advance the sustainability of industrial plastic packaging. This innovative partnership focuses on applying plasma-based coating technology to plastic jerrycans, addressing recyclability challenges posed by traditional barrier solutions. IonKraft’s plasma-enhanced vapor deposition process creates a chemically inert, fully recyclable barrier, offering a sustainable alternative to conventional methods. This initiative highlights Greif’s commitment to providing eco-friendly packaging solutions.
