Greif’s Rigid Industrial Packaging and Services facility in Alsip, Illinois features a father-son team. Bryan Joe Perry, Sr. works as a torque gun operator on the steel side of the facility, while his son, Bryan Joe Perry, Jr., serves as a blow mold operator on the IBC side of the plant. “Working right next to him, I see him working hard.
