In FY 2023, we had 175 LIFE events, which is any incident that either did or could have resulted in a life-altering injury or fatality. 2 of these LIFE events were for temporary employees.

The main types of work-related injuries for both employees and non-employees include cuts, punctures, scrapes, strains, sprains and bruise/contusion/abrasions.

The Medical Case Rate, which measures the number of recordable injuries per 100 full-time colleagues in a 12-month period, was 1.75 in FY 2023.
