O #BeLegendary #BeLegendary campaign has been launched to help us do that and bring these stories to the forefront where we can continue to engage with our colleagues and learn from each other’s best practices.
We are excited to spotlight Katie Bennett and her Midwest Customer Service team! They have come together in a combined video message to share the Customer Service Excellence skills they employ to elevate the customer experience and keep valued customers loyal to Greif:

What truly distinguishes my team is their genuine care for our customers. They go beyond simply resolving issues—they build trust, foster loyalty, drive communication timely, and leave lasting positive impressions. Their teamwork, adaptability, and dedication to the extra mile set them apart and make all the difference. I get goosebumps each time I talk about this team.
