Recon IBC
The recon program at Greif includes the collection of used packaging, cleaning, rebottling of cages, reconditioning, and testing industrial containers for reuse. Reconditioning includes more than just the GCUBE product line of IBCs, although the GCUBE offers industry-leading attributes for durability.
Additional Features/Options:
- Used IBC collection of any size, manufacturer, or quantity
- Other types of packaging for recon can be collected simultaneously
- pickup conditions may vary depending on volumes, locations, and package contents
IBC Washing
Service involves washing the inside and outside of the IBC, drying, leak testing, inspection, and sealing of IBC.
IBC Rebottling
Service includes de-bottling of the used liner, cleaning the cage and label plate, rebottling with new liner with requested specifications, leak testing, and inspection.
Bundling
Reconditioned IBCs can be purchased in a bundle that includes new IBCs.

Standards and Specialties
Standard or UN Certified (UN31 HA 1 /Y} galvanized steel cage. Bottle-size, color, UV protection, antistatic or food compliant versions available.
Customization Options
2" or 3" butterfly or ball valve options are available. 6" (1 50 mm) and 9" (225 mm) openings are available with all types of ventilation. Pallet options include wooden, plastic, hybrid, or steel.
