Across our more than 250 facilities, we have found that those with higher engagement scores also have higher NPS scores and perform better financially. The reason is simple: colleagues who are part of a high-performing team and feel that their company is meeting their needs are safer, more productive, more innovative, and more committed to quality.
In 2024, this translated to 42% fewer safety incidents, 46% less unplanned downtime, and a 30% improvement in day-to-day operations. To put it plainly, we know that when we take care of our colleagues, our colleagues take care of our business.
